WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE RAI CONGRESS CENTRE Registration You should register at the Registration Desk, located in Lounge Forum, upon arrival at the Amsterdam RAI Congress Centre. Posters Posters will be presented on poster boards in Forum Lounge from Monday 1 September to Thursday 4 September 2003 Poster mounting Please mount your poster on Sunday 31 August from 14:30 - 18:00 hours. The number of your poster can be found in the final programme. There is also a poster desk in the poster area. The staff at this desk can help you as well. Assistance and material for mounting the posters (pins, tape, etc.) will be available during these periods. Setting-up a poster generally takes at least 15 minutes. Poster manning The program me states that the author(s) have to be present to answer any questions concerning their poster during the official congress breaks. It would be highly appreciated if presenters could also be present during the afternoon tea break to present your poster. Removing your poster material Material should be taken down on Thursday before 16:00 hours. Material that has not been taken down by the author(s) in time will be removed and destroyed. Responsibility for poster presentations The Organising Committee does not assume any responsibility for material displayed on the poster boards.
